RETURNS

OTS Lures will refund in full for faulty goods. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase.

The return should also include a copy of the Tax invoice received with your order and be carefully packed, insured and freight paid.

We will not be responsible for loss or damage to returned goods nor can we accept any item that has been used, tampered with or damaged.

We will credit your original method of payment the purchase price of the faulty product.

Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed after the returned item is received.
